        Going to a tradeshow is a very inexact science financially - to get a true understanding of costs. ProExhibits was entirely predictable, however, show managers and unions are not. We saw how important it was that our trade show partner knew how to work with resources, how things work in the field, how best to keep resources where needed and to get rid of them when needed (ie, union help) to save as much money as possible. Vicky, our on-site person, was crucial. It would have been impossible to do the show without her.
